Preaching, Teaching, Speaking...

Often people tell me they want to hear actual sermons or teaching seminars, but more often I want them to hear actual sermons or teaching seminars. :-)   Here are a few audio files for you to peruse and enjoy!

Preaching is one of my favorite things...

What an honor to be allowed to study God's word and then talk about it to those who would listen.  These are all examples of Preaching I have done in churches, but trust me, the preacher comes out whenever two or more are gathered.  Just ask the other soccer and ballet parents, I usually try out my new material on them before I take it to the pulpit.  Believe it or not, several have gotten saved over the past couple of years listening to those "Bible Talks."

Mostly exegetical,

I like to make the Bible accounts relevant to the listeners I have today.  So, illustrations and applications are pretty big for me.  Sometimes years later people will ask about a particular sermon.  When I ask them how they possibly remembered that preaching time, they almost always reply, "Your stories made me remember how it is in real life."  Wow, the power of the Holy Spirit is so vast if we will just submit and be saved!
